Terms and Conditions — ATNAC Fitness Studio

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ATNAC Fitness Studio ("ATNAC"), operated by AIWENS Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws of India. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Nature of Service

ATNAC is a performance and wellness monitoring platform that allows users to log health and training information via WhatsApp and view trends and readiness scores on a web dashboard.

ATNAC does not provide medical services, diagnosis, prescriptions, or emergency response. All insights are informational and educational.

3. User Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old to register. Minors may use the platform only through accounts created and supervised by parents, guardians, or authorized coaches.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all data you submit
• You must not submit false, misleading, or harmful information
• You must not misuse messaging channels or attempt system abuse
• You must keep your login credentials confidential

5. Coaches and Third-Party Access

If you grant access to a coach or trainer, they may view your performance data within the platform. You may revoke this access at any time via your profile.

Coaches are prohibited from downloading, copying, or storing health data outside the ATNAC platform.

6. AI-Generated Insights

AI-generated readiness scores and summaries are based solely on your self-reported data and statistical trend analysis.

These insights must not be treated as medical advice or professional judgment and should not replace qualified medical consultation.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain services require paid subscriptions. Fees, billing cycles, and plan features are displayed at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly unless stated otherwise
• Users may cancel at any time through their account
• Fees already paid are non-refundable unless legally required

8. Account Termination

ATNAC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, misuse of services, or legal compliance requirements.

Users may delete their account at any time through profile settings, which will permanently remove active data.

9. Limitation of Liability

Use of the platform is at your own risk. ATNAC and AIWENS Technologies shall not be liable for injuries, health conditions, training outcomes, or losses arising from reliance on platform insights.

In no event shall liability exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding three months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ATNAC Fitness Studio, AIWENS Technologies, and their staff from any claims arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All software, dashboards, logos, designs, and AI workflows are the intellectual property of AIWENS Technologies. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in India.

13. Changes to Terms

ATNAC may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
